Features of the hygiene gel production and packaging plant

The structure of theHygiene gel production and packaging system It consists of two adjacent and communicating containers. The first is used for mixing the substances necessary for the realization of the sanitizing gel, the second manages the filling of the various drums.

The container of mixing It is equipped with two AISI 316 stainless steel tanks integrated with a three -loaded weight weight system, interfaced with the management and formulation system of the recipes, externally placed on the container. The container of exhaust pumps, mixing and denaturating dosage, AISI 316 stainless steel pipes with flanging junction and a command framework inside the module are completed.

Workflow

Once the recipe by the operator is inserted, the system begins the mixing of the various substances in the required quantities. The solution will then be transported to the adjacent container that will deal with the infust.
