Main tasks:

We are seeking a junior CNC operator to join and train our production team. This candidate, supported by specialized operators, will manage daily CNC machine operations, from basic programming to setting machining parameters.

The role requires the ability to correctly interpret technical drawings and process documentation, loading materials and initiating production. The candidate will also be involved in quality control activities for manufactured parts, performing dimensional and compliance checks and reporting any anomalies found during the production cycle.

The program involves progressive growth in technical skills, with the goal of achieving ever-increasing operational autonomy.

Preferred Requirements:

• Higher technical institute diploma.
• At least 1 year of experience in the role.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Residence within approximately 20 km from our headquarters in Montopoli Val D'Arno (PI).
