MACHINE

There Heat Sealer for Sterile Bags It has been designed and built to operate within the clean room in the pharmaceutical sector, where it carries out the final sealing of 'bags' for pharmaceutical use made of thermoplastic material.

They are supplied pre-sealed on three sides, the remaining side has two open flaps suitable for manual insertion of the tubes by the operator.

The same will manually insert the two open flaps of the steribag inside a special slot beyond which the welding group, through a thermo-mechanical action, will carry out the final sealing of the steribag.

The sealing machine is designed to operate mainly in automatic mode, ensuring efficiency and production continuity. However, the operator can switch to manual mode, via the operator panel and the appropriate softkeys, exclusively to carry out calibration operations, thus ensuring maximum system precision.

The interface also supports a multi-level access system, which allows you to modify the operating recipes and perform periodic calibration of the equipment (load cell), ensuring correct operation and compliance with quality standards.

  • Duration of the process of welding and cooling, controlled at precise and repeatable intervals, for consistent, high-quality results.
