LINE
There line of internal treatments (silicone or other substance deliverable via solution or plasma) of glass containers (syringes with and without needle, vials, bottles) for pharmaceutical useThe process, excluding the loading/unloading of the products, is completely automatic, including the temperature treatment which takes place in a dynamic oven (which may also have ATEX characteristics).
The internal treatment line for glass containers is constructed primarily from AISI 304 stainless steel, with PEEK details for the parts in contact with the glass container. The perimeter guards are made from AISI 304 stainless steel and transparent thermoplastic material.
The sterile product, placed in special plastic containers (Tub), is sorted, in the first station, in holder in peek The silicone coating process requires high precision to be subjected to the silicone coating and drying process inside a thermal chamber. The silicone coating station is mainly composed of a Cartesian robot and a silicone solution dispensing system. The Cartesian robot, with its movement, precisely and individually applies the glass container to the center of the fixed nozzle. The thermal process is dynamic, with a conveyor belt running inside the thermal chamber, interfaced for loading and unloading from two SCARA robotThe robot that picks up the holder from the tunnel feeds the final station for inserting and pressing the closures onto the syringes. This station also performs the final product inspection and sorting into larger plastic containers (tubs). The empty holders are picked up by the robot and placed into steel containers, which are then picked up by an operator and placed in the first product sorting station.
Six SCARA robots and two three-axis Cartesian robots are used. Both types of robots handle holders and single glass containers with pneumatic and electrically controlled end effectors with high precision (less than 0.1 mm). end effector change tool.
Both the structure and the materials and equipment used (from leading brands) are stress-free. This, combined with thorough inspections, ensures high reliability and product performance with low non-conformities. We recommend a routine maintenance plan to our customers to maintain the original quality standards.
Ergonomics and safetyThe machine design is very compact, ergonomic and functional for all glass container formats used.
The design took into account modular features and solutions for applications with multiple sequential treatments. Format changes are managed automatically, with or without emptying the product line during batch closure.
Interfacing: The software is fully configurable via touch interface on the workstation that supports SCADAThe line features workstations with HMIs for managing manual controls, displaying parameters useful for product processing, and reporting alarm statuses.
