Info

Details

The internal treatments line for glass containers is internally built mainly in AISI 304 stainless steel with peek details for the parts in contact with the glass container. AISI 304 stainless steel perimeter protections and transparent thermoplastic material.

PROCESS

Work sequence

The sterile product, inserted in special plastic containers (Tube), is sorted in the first station, In holder in peek Very precise to be subjected to the silicone treatment and to drying inside a thermal chamber. The station that carries out the silicone treatment is made up mainly of a Cartesian robot and a system of disbursement of the solution with silicone. The Cartesian robot with its movement, subjects the glass container to the center of the edge that is fixed individually. The thermal process is dynamic with conveyor belt that flows inside the thermal chamber, interfaced for the load and for the withdrawal of two Robot runs away. The robot that takes the Holder from the tunnel, feeds the final storage of insertion and planting of the closures on the syringes. The station also carries out the final control of the product and the sorting in larger plastic containers (tub). Empty Holders are taken from the robot and inserted in steel containers in turn taken from an operator and inserted in the first product sorting station.

There are 6 and 2 three -axis Cartesian robots used. Both types of robots move Holder and single glass containers with end effector on a pneumatic and electrical control with high precision (less than 0.1mm). Are provided Tool for End Effector gearbox.

PROCESS

Solidity and flexibility

Both the structure and the materials and equipment used (of primary brands) are not subject to stress. This aspect together with the presence of capillary checks allow to have high reliability and a product yield with low non -compliance. To our customers we recommend an ordinary maintenance plan to continue maintaining the original quality standard.

Ergonomicity and security: The design of the machine is very compact, ergonomic and functional for all the formats of glass containers used.

The design took into account precautions and modularity solutions to be used in applications with more sequential treatments. The format gearbox is automatically managed with or without emptying the product line during the closing phase of the lot.

Interfacing: the software is fully configurable via touch interface on Workstation that supports the Scada. On the line there are stations with HMI for the management of manual controls and for viewing useful parameters in the processing of the product and for the reporting of alarm states.
