Since 2003, the Company Management has felt the need to equip itself with complete and methodical tools to ensure compliance with the requirements relating to the product and the service and to improve and optimize the
business process management.
Over the years, the company has continued to update the aforementioned System, not only with respect to developments in the reference standard, but also and above all with respect to the needs of all interested parties and specific developments relating to the activities carried out by Softsystem.
Therefore, in December 2003 it obtained the UNI EN ISO 9001 certification of its Quality Management System.

THE COMPANY
We have been operating in the industrial automation sector since 2000. Our technicians, with many years of experience, enable us to serve clients with specific needs for reliability, timeliness, and technological innovation.
Machine software development has been Softsystem's core business for over 15 years. This activity has been characterized by a strong focus on integrating mechanical and electrical equipment built by other companies.
In 2010, with the internal production of the mechanical part as well, the path towards the construction of special machines was realized with the approach of designing the software in step with the design.

CERTIFICATIONS
ISO 9001 Quality System
In this context, Management still believes the ISO 9001 Quality System is a useful tool for continuously improving the effectiveness of all company processes and meeting the needs and expectations of all internal and external stakeholders, including through adequate management of risks and opportunities that may impact the compliance of automation systems, services, and processes.
Softsystem has begun to consider information security as a strategic asset for protecting its information assets and providing high-quality services to clients who are increasingly concerned about security. Information security has become a strategic factor that can be transformed into a competitive advantage.
Information is considered an essential asset for corporate business and, as such, must be protected. Softsystem has therefore decided to implement and maintain an ISO 27001 Information Security Management System and to ensure an adequate level of data and information security within its production activities, including by identifying, assessing, and addressing the risks to which they are subject.
This Policy, integrated with the aforementioned objectives and principles, is appropriate for the purposes of our organization and communicated to all interested parties. In the event of significant changes affecting the overall quality system, the Quality Policy is also reviewed and updated.
