Vision system for inspecting device assembly kits.
Thanks to the use of un vision software dedicated, SoftSystem gaensures precision and quality, verifies the presence and counts the quantity of the pieces that make up a kit used in assembly for production.
Testing the assembly of production kits It is based on the analysis of the presence/absence of the pieces listed in the recipe.
Each recipe requires more than one kit. The operator must therefore, after placing the pieces from each kit in the appropriate container, close the drawer and start the cycle using the button on the machine's control panel.
The software The assembly check for production will begin and provide a result on the number of pieces found for each kit, the color check if active, and the quality of the pieces found.
The operator will also have the possibility to train the recipes to software While it is in automatic mode, each acquired image is saved and new recipes can be created from it. Training the pattern to be searched for requires time and variability; patterns must be taught in any position they can be found once placed in the container. However, by following the guide provided when the machine is delivered, it will be simple to use this software and will guarantee the production kit assembly verification.

In addition to the color chamber, there is a white light illuminator, chosen because white light, being neutral, does not alter the color of the object, and therefore allows optimal work even in color research. The illuminator is rectangular in shape and has an area of illuminant as large as the container for the production kit assembly verification.
