The systems for the automated delivery of the sealant, produced by our company, include a particular system of automatic purge, able to ensure that the sealant or the two -component is not dry on the final part of the augent, by obtaining it. A spraying is therefore periodically set to avoid the calcification of the augal. Over the years we have gained experience both with collaborative and non -collaborative robots. In particular, with non -collaborative robots, we introduced a Safety sensor system. The robot is able to check that, within the range of the machine, there are no obstacles as operators or cumbersome material. This introduces a better safety safety that would not be guaranteed with non -collaborative robots only. The greatest difficulty consists in precisely corresponding to the volume paid with the speed of the robot. Every system that delivers sealing is controlled by particular vision systems. Depending on the customer's requests, you can choose between vision systems that include two -dimensional chambers, they have the particularity of being fast systems but control only the width and continuity of the sealant, three -dimensional prophylometers, slower systems but with the possibility of highlighting the area of the sealant section with a basis of 0.5 mm, the height and volume. A particular innovative vision system guarantees both speed and completeness of inspection, the telescopic chambers are in fact able, with few acquisitions, to capture the totality of the work area, resulting in both 3D and 2D images. The vision systems designed by SoftSystem, per the control of the automated supply of the sealant, sHone precise and reliable, and propose multiple processing solutions, thus giving the most information to the customer on the drafting of the sealant.
The sealant used in these applications can be of two types, single -component (K1), or two -component (K2). These materials can be, whether oils and fats, or sealing and adhesive materials, such as polyurethane, epoxy or silicone. K1 (monocomponent) materials are often used in automotive, while K2 (two -component) materials are used in filling systems, sealing and waterproofing. As for the two -component materials, they are poured into two containers and then mixed during the drafting process.
SoftSystem, if requested by the customer, release a user panel with Personalized interface. From this interface you can change the robot settings, the amount of sealant to be delivered, and its speed. In addition, the operator is able to choose among the various recipes that compliant with the device that is located at that moment on the system.
