Softsystem is able to design Client applications which can handle up to ten assembly stations simultaneously. Each station in turn coordinates up to four clamping systems at a time. In these particular stations, the operator interacts personally with screwdrivers and torque wrenches, which, thanks to an acoustic and luminous signal, indicate to the operator when the tightening limit has been reached. Each screwdriver can have the socket already mounted on it, or the software tells the operator which one to install on the screwdriver being used. In addition to the software and screwdrivers, the system also offers the option of integrating a custom label printer.
The software is capable of performing high-performance data collection, thanks to which it is possible to analyze every change or update to the system, and monitor the productivity of the line.
The operator can interact with the system through a dedicated graphical interface.
