Stations tightening system

SoftSystem is able to design client applications who manage to manage up to ten assembly stations simultaneously. Each station in turn coordinates up to 4 tightening systems at a time. In these particular stations the operator personally interacts with Dynamometric screwdrivers and keys, which thanks to an acoustic and bright signal, indicate to the operator when the screwdown has been reached. Each screwdriver can have the compass already mounted on it or it is the software that indicates to the operator as to mount on the turningor taken in charge. In addition to the software and screwdrivers, the system has the possibility of introducing a Custom printer for labels into the system.

The software is able to make a performing data collection, thanks to which it is possible to analyze any modification or update to the system, and keep the productivity of the line under control.

The operator can interact with the system through a dedicated graphic interface.
