The control system achieves high performance and reliability by automatically adjusting the membranes' operating pressure to the quality of the water being treated. Onboard sensors measure pressure, instantaneous flow rate, electrical conductivity, and pump speed and operating current, continuously reporting the operating status of each individual module and the system composed of multiple modules connected in parallel. The system's configuration with independent modules connected in parallel ensures high safety, modularity, and no total service interruptions for maintenance or failures, as well as unlimited system expandability.

Automated primary and wastewater treatment incorporates 3 basic principles used in the treatment of wastewater from industrial processes.
1 Electrolysis:
Electrolysis separates partially dissolved particles, emulsions, and suspended solids from water, making it particularly suitable for treating paint plant sludge and water containing oils, greases, and hydrocarbons. Electrolysis is also an excellent adjuvant in the treatment of wastewater with a high active biological content.
2 Electrooxidation:
When used in a water treatment plant, it helps separate metals and dyes from the water, as well as attacking anything chemically oxidizable. Electrooxidation also plays an important antibacterial and antimicrobial role in eliminating odors and biological pollutants from wastewater. This process spontaneously generates sodium hypochlorite from the electrolysis of sodium chloride, helping to impart biological stability to treated water.
3 Electroflocculation:
The electrolytic oxidation of aluminum, iron, and other metal rods generates flocculates that bind tightly to the components contained in wastewater, reducing their specific weight and separating them from the water containing them. These flocculates are then allowed to float and eliminated as floating particles and foam. Electrox automatically extracts the floating particles or foam, collecting them in bags in semi-solid form for disposal or treatment as solid waste. Electrox is generally built and assembled in ready-to-use containers with reduced installation time. The fully automatic control system allows for reduced maintenance and limited system operation times. The standard internet connection on all versions allows for continuous operation monitoring, automatic alarm notifications, and real-time remote service, reducing the risk of downtime and overall system management costs.
The automatic washing machine is designed to continuously wash insulated containers for food and industrial use, without interruption, while respecting the structures and materials from which they are constructed. The specific multi-stage system allows for automatic washing with a progressive cycle that starts from roughing and ends with rinsing, without even the slightest contamination of the containers simultaneously present inside the machine during the different phases of the cycle. The progressive cycle can be optimized and memorized for various types of containers or various washing cycles differentiated by level of soiling, shape, construction materials, use, and final level of sanitization. Up to 5 different chemical products specific for each phase can be used simultaneously in the same cycle, and the phases can be programmed with different times, temperatures, operating pressures, and chemical concentrations. The system is completely automatic and autonomous, even in terms of heating, and operates solely on electricity for the production of hot water, including air, and hot air for drying. Saturation of the internal water is optimized and residual heat is recovered from all the discharged water. All pump, fan, and conveyor motors are inverter-controlled. Linear motion is pneumatically actuated.

Built in standard container modules, they are delivered fully equipped and ready for immediate use with just the utilities, fuel, and electricity connections. All power plants are equipped with a WEB SERVER electronic control system that provides complete and immediate visibility of the system over the internet, with real-time viewing and control of every permitted function. It also updates the on-board database, which can be consulted at any time locally from the on-board terminal or remotely, with no costs or waiting times. Automatic email notification of events and alarms protects against unpleasant and costly system downtime, often caused by simple, temporary power supply problems. Among the various accessories that enable stable and safe operation is a generator set complete with UPS to ensure continuity of service. Power output modulation management allows all versions of the thermal energy generator to adjust burner power with ratios of up to 10:1 on maximum power, minimizing fuel consumption and exhaust gas temperatures while maintaining proper combustion under any conditions. Versions configured as steam generators from 0.8 to 11.77 bar are complete with a feedwater treatment system, a conditioning condensate supply system, and an automatic anti-corrosion dosing system that allows the rapid steam generators to be deactivated or suspended when unused, even for a single day. For the production of hot water from steam power plants, one or more heat exchangers are installed internally, even for circuits at different temperatures from the power plant itself. Versions configured as hot water producers include water treatment and circulation pump supply systems. Thermal oil versions include all the features common to the steam and water versions, in addition to an internal oil tank and an automatic air/oil heat sink for rapid cooling of the hydraulic circuit and any external users. The rapid parallelism of the container modules allows for infinite expandability of resources and at the same time high redundancy with a consequent increase in the security of service continuity.
